Our beachfront home occupies only 5% of a 2-hectare property within a vast preservation area. With 1,300m² of built space, it features 7 suites accommodating up to 15 guests, ensuring both comfort and privacy.

Overlooking Itapororoca Beach, one of Trancoso’s most stunning destinations, our 25-meter pool blends seamlessly with the surrounding forest, where more than 70 tree species transform the landscape throughout the year. Beach access takes less than five minutes by car via our private path.
